ADK Microphones has a new CEO.
Effective April 1, 2023 Miles Fulwider is the new CEO at ADK Microphones.
Miles Fulwider, Tonmeister M.M. is a Producer, Engineer, and Educator. Currently Miles is the Associate Director of the Division of Creative Arts and the Program Director for the Music Technology program at the University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne Indiana. Miles is Co-Vice Chair of the Audio Engineering Society's Education Committee and is a voting member of the Recording Academy. Miles’ research has centered in the area of immersive audio where he has produced many works in a variety of immersive formats, including working with immersive technologies for government entities.
Miles has produced and engineered for many GRAMMY® and Emmy® Award winning artists and produced/engineered several chart-topping and award-winning albums. Some of his credits include: Wynton Marsalis, Willie Nelson, Norah Jones, Chick Corea, Joe Locke, Grinder Blues, The Fort Wayne Philharmonic, The Lincoln Symphony Orchestra, Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra, XM/Sirius Satellite Radio, and several film scores including scores for the American documentary film maker Ken Burns.
As a multi-instrumentalist, Miles has national and international touring experience.
Lawrence Villella will step aside from the day-to-day running of ADK and is the new Chairman Emeritus where he will continue with partnerships and design. Kevin Dale will continue his role for the past twenty years, managing operations, assisting in new product designs, and the manufacture of ADK’s Flagship Z-Mod. Kevin is a multi-axe instrumentalist, recording engineer, and audio tech with 30+ years of experience in building, wiring, and maintaining recording studios and studio gear.
