Very Smooth highs but with a bit of attitude. Less presence with an open sounding top end. Rich Tight Lows. Slightly more presence, slightly less 'air' than the C-LOL-12.

You need a head-amp to make this capsule module into a mic.

When paired with the HA-TL II It makes a great spot mic or in pairs a wonderful x/y mic (x/y method is ideal for close-mic applications with minimal phase issues) with super low noise, designed to reference a Vintage U-47.

When paired with the HA-FX It is the perfect close Mic for Grand Pianos, or clean guitar speaker cabinet. Designed to reference a Vintage U-47.

The C-LOL 47 TL is the complete mic with shock mount.

The C-LOL 47 TL MP is the matched pair set of complete mics with shock mounts.

The C-LOL 47 FX is the complete mic with shock mount.
